The Gold Museum is located at the down town and is an important place of Bogota because it’s where all the history of the muiscas is.

The Muiscas made things in gold to wear, also they made too many things of gold that where important symbols for them.

The Muiscas say that the gold was the sweat of the sun, and they say that the sun was their god, so that’s why they made too many things of gold.

La Candelaria is an old and a historical place. In La Candelaria de houses have a Colonial style and is the chorro de quevedo, where the first three houses were made, and in La Candelaria is the police museum.

MONSERRATE INFORMATION:

Monserrate is an important and religious place of Bogota, located at the top of a very high mountain, monserrate is a place especially to pray and where you can find very good vegetation, to go up to monserrate is in a path way with stairs where you can go up walking, or by a train called Funicular, to go down you need to go by the cable car that go down and only go up to put more persons in it. Some persons say that if you go up walking you can make a wish in there.
